Mission:
The mission of the Institute is to promote research and provide a platform, and facilitate intellectual contributions in the areas that broadly could be termed as Intelligent Systems. These include, but not limited to the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Distributed Intelligence, Collective Intelligence, Self Organization, and chaos. The institute’s interests span from philosophical to applied aspects and from immediate concerns to long terms implications of intelligent systems.
Activities:
The activities include, but not limited to the organization of local, national, and international learned seminars, conferences, round table meetings, workshops, courses, and the like. The Institute on its own or in collaboration brings out publications and by other means disseminates scholarly contributions. The institute may promote scholarly exchanges, and international collaborations especially in the Asia Pacific region and otherwise support scholarly placements.
